1. To ensure optimal compatibility and visual quality, please open the document with Microsoft Office.
2. Fonts must be installed before opening the template document. Otherwise, your operating system’s default font will be used, resulting in incorrect font shape and misalignment.
3. The pixel fonts we create for receipts are typically sized at 8.5 or 9.5 pt (or multiples thereof, such as 17 or 19), with 8.5 pt being the preferred size. Other sizes are imprecise and will not produce optimal results.
4. To ensure character alignment, use Shift+Ctrl+Space to enter each space. Half-width spaces in our fonts are the same width as other characters, so entering a non-breaking space ensures proper alignment.
5. When replacing images such as logos, ensure the image’s text wrapping mode is set to “Behind Text”, otherwise misalignment may occur.
6. The best way to insert barcode and QR code images is to use an online generator, then download and insert image into the document. We recommend this website: link.
7. For information about how to set the font and its size, width, and line spacing, etc, please refer to the Microsoft Word help documentation or search for technical documentation online.
